Re-open it, go to any web and try to download any file by clicking directly the link... "C:\documents and settings\<username>\LOCALS~1\Temp\<file> could not be saved, because the source file could not be read..." The only way to download a file is right clicking the link and "Save link as..." I see this behavior in the latest hourly Pacifica builds since Firefox/1.0+ ID:2005062106 till now...
