When a link is coded to open the destination in a new window, I'd like the
browser to indicate this when the user mouse-overs or otherwise selects the
link. I'm thinking of displaying something in the status bar, beside where the
URL of the destination is shown. It might display some appropriate icon, or
perhaps text such as 'opens in new window'. These are just suggestions, and
there might be better ways of displaying this information.

Reproducible: Always
