Details

When a set of links in one frame target another frame, using Back and Forward to pass through the history of those links targets the frame the links are in and not the frame the link originally targeted. Also, if only one link is selected then Back does not do anything (visually). I built the referenced frameset to demo the problem. Build# 2000022820 Win95 OSR2 w/USB patch
I can confirm this bug - reproduced with 2000030109 build on WinNT. Also marking xp. good min. testcase, thanx

Bah, and I spent almost an hour looking through bugs to see if I could find a a dup too. That and the browser actually looking like a browser to other programs are the only things standing in my way of actually using it as my browser full time.
