The Uninstaller isn't localizable.
There is a file "uninstall.it" in mozilla\mail\installer\windows\, which may be
used by the uninstaller. But this file is not localizable for l10n-Teams.
It should be moved to mozilla/mail/locales/en-US/installer/, so it would be
possible ot make it localizable.
Reproducible: Always
Actual Results:
Uninstaller is in all l10n builds English.
Expected Results:
Uninstaller should be localizable.
