Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: None.
Alt + drag & drop seems to do that job here.
I think this is a dupe, and cloning tabs properly isn't going to make Gecko 1.8, but something like this is being considered.
This bug is basically the same as bug 112372, except it's for Firefox.
