I just installed Deer Park alpha 2.
Deer Park was opened after the installation because I left "open browser now"
ticked at the end of the installation.
Deer Park opened 6 tabs, all with the text:

"File Not Found Error
The file /C:/Program Files/Deer Park Alpha 2/Park cannot be found. Please check
the location and try again.
The file specified by the address (URL) cannot be found. Check that the file
exists and that you have sufficient permissions to view it."

...or similar.

The 6 files it tried to open in the six different tabs were:

This is most likely a dupe of Bug 296916.

Agreed, the problem looks exactly the same.
