The "Check for Updates" wizard offers nightly builds as a security update in the
wizard. However, it looks from the RDF as if its being offered a "minor" update,
not a "security" one.

Chase and I discussed this a bit a few days back, and we figured it might make
good sense to add a flag to the XML manifest file that could indicate the
severity of the update. A simpler client-side only solution would be to treat
updates from version 1.0+ to version 1.0+ as non-security updates. That might
be enough to solve this bug. However, the flag solution might be more flexible
and give us more options later on.
