The actual textarea isn't always aligning with where it should be, and the scrollbars aren't appearing when they should (when you edit an entry). Also, there's a "shadow" of the control underneath, doubling the proper height. Tested with a clean profile, using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050801 Firefox/1.0+ The attachment illustrates the gap above the content (and the top of the vertical scrollbar): there is a corresponding problem selecting the last line of text which overflows vertically. The horizontal scrollbar should show as the content overflows horizontally: and the control is twice as tall as it should be. The scrollbar and positioning issues are irregular, but the improper height is constant. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Log into blogger, and edit a post. Actual Results: The textarea has a shadow doubling it's height, and the positioning of the content within it is intermittently incorrect. Not seen in other webapps - gmail, bugzilla are OK. Expected Results: Show textarea correctly.

Also happend on latest builds in Windows. Changed hardware & OS flags.
