Currently the RSS / feedview icon in the URL bar responds to mouse button down
instead of click events. This is possibly to make it consistent with Live
Bookmark folders in the toolbar, and to speed up the appearance of the drop-down
menu, but when there's only one feed on a page (which is the most frequent use
case) it ends up navigating the user away on mouse down instead of mouse up,
which feels really wierd.

This should be changed for when there's only one feed; mouse-down is fine to
show the drop-down menu when there's multiple feeds.
