1. Press Ctrl+L to focus on location field.
2. Press Tab to move from Location field to next control.
Expected result: Focus should change to another control, such as the Go button.
Actual result: Focus remains on the Location field.

Is this something other than a dup of bug 304457? It's a huge help if you
include a build id, so we know whether you're seeing it in a stale 20050811, or
a new regression in a five minute old build.
