Menus are not drawn three dimenionsally when windows is running under Windows
Classic theme. Therefor, menus in FireFox do not look native.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Show any menu
Actual Results:
A menu was shown that did not look native
Expected Results:
A menu should have been shown that looked native
