Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050917 Firefox/1.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050917 Firefox/1.4 Toolbars added by the user can't be permanently hidden. Although the collapsed property is correctly stored in localstore.rdf, it seems not to apply at startup. The problem might be that - as the toolbar itself is created at startup from data from localstore.rdf - it might not yet exist when the persistent attributes are applied. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a new toolbar containing a flexible space 2. Hide this toolbar 3. Restart the browser Actual Results: The toolbar is back. Expected Results: It should stay hidden.
I can confirm this. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20050918 Firefox/1.6a1 ID:2005091819
