Functionality seems fine except that on IMAP servers (Cyrus 2.1) after the attachment has been removed the old message still shows up until the view is refreshed (F5 or exit/re-enter the folder). This does not happen under local folders, so I am assuming it is likely a hide deleted items issue as the message with attachment is still in the folder, just marked as deleted. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select message with attachment on IMAP folder 2. (Delete|Detach)( All)? Attachments 3. Both messages are shown 4. Refresh view (F5 or exit and re-enter IMAP folder) 5. Only message with attachment shown Actual Results: Original message marked as deleted is shown directly after detach/delete Expected Results: Message marked as deleted should be hidden directly after detach/delete

I think this is described in another bug, but I could be wrong. The actual code problem is described in that bug - I'll have to try to find that.
