I'm guessing this is a network bug, maybe cache. dbaron filed a similar bug against DOM0, where JS functions were undefined on reload: bug 31031. Overview: linked stylesheets which are active on loading a page, become inactive when pressing reload. Also, if several pages on a site share the same stylesheet, only the first page referencing the stylesheet has the styles enabled, subsequent pages do not. To reproduce: 1. Go to http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/. Note beautiful stylesheet effects at work. 2. Hit reload Actual result: boring plain old HTML styles Expected result: same CSS visual magic as on original load. This worked on M13, so marking regression. Also marking blocker since I imagine testing CSS layout is hard if you can only look at a style sheet once. Linux build 2000.03.08.09
