User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; sl-SI; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050919 Firefox/1.0.7 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; sl-SI; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050919 Firefox/1.0.7 If I try to import any .cer file containing certificate (without private key) into "Other People" Firefox 1.0.7 cert store, it fails and no error message is displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any Firefox 2. Go to Tools->Options...->Advanced->press Certificates button 3. Try to import some certificate from .cer file into "Other People" certificate store Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Certificate should appear in the list-box. I have already reported this bug few months ago and I can see it is not fixed yet.

Thanks for the tip. I have added test certificate to bug 298876. Which chances are this bug will be fixed (soon)? I'm developing plugin for Firefox that enables people to sign/encrypt some content using certs stored in Firefox and this bug is killing me. :(
