When someone is downloading a file, like 50% of download and get disconnected
from the web, the downloads shows finish, and when it is executed, it's an
corruped file. (Using Speedtouch ADSL)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download any file, being sure it will take some time
2. Disconnect from the web, letting DownloadManager open without cancel it
3. Open "finished" file
Expected Results:
Auto-pause it
