If, while dragging a link, the cookie request dialog opens, it does not respond
to mouse clicks. This occurred three separate times while I was draging a link
into a tab in the browser.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a web site that contains links to sites that want to set cookies
2. Control click a link (preferably a slow-loading page)
3. Click, drag and hold the other link until the cookie request appears
Actual Results:
The cookie accept/deny dialog did not respond to mouse clicks. I could get rid
of it by pressing escape.
Expected Results:
It should have allowed mouse clicks in the dialog.
I'm using the default theme.
