User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de-DE; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.0.6 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de-DE; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.0.6 Currently, addresses in TB are a bit isolated. TB could natively use KDEs addressbook if the user wishes so. By "natively" i mean, not only make it accessible but use it for all actions by default. OpenOffice 2.0 now supports the use of the KDE addressbook as a source for serial letters and the like. (http://opensource.bureau-cornavin.com/kab/) Of course, all KDE apps also use it. Therefore I think it is desirable that TB also supports to use it. Reproducible: Always
Before this bug is confirmed, I think we should have a reference/link to where the interface specifications are for the KDE Addressbook. I had a look round their websites and couldn't find any.
> where the interface specifications are for the KDE Addressbook. http://developer.kde.org/documentation/library/3.5-api/kdepim-apidocs/kaddressbook/html/index.html Does this meet?
