User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 1.0.3705) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 If firefox is defined as default browser and is already open, when trying to open a html file saved on disk by double clicking on it or dragging it to firefox, and the file name or folder name has accented word, then FF will complain about not finding this file. This doens't happen when FF is closed (it's the first file to open) or when you open it using FILE / OPEN FILE menu. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Starts FF 2.Save a html file inside any folder that contains accented folder 3.Try to open it, by double clicking it. Actual Results: Message Box complains that it's not possible to find the file Expected Results: Open it.
This is fixed in the FF 1.5 builds, please upgrade to 1.5 Beta or newer. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 263570 ***
