Unfortunately my login name to our local Windows network is Wellhöfer with an ö
(a German Umlaut) as part of the login name. When I try to open in Outlook an
html attachment, then firefox is not able to deal with the temporary path
(becuase of the ö) and an error panel pops up (I will attach a screenshot of the
panel).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an account with an ö as part of the login
2. Open a html attachment from Outlook.
Actual Results:
An error panel pops up and shows the problematic path.
Expected Results:
Open the attachment

PS it seems that bugzilla.mozilla.org has a bug regarding storing non ASCII
characters. Should we file a separate bug for this?
