When viewing an page in the XML format scrolling by holding down the center mouse button and dragging the mouse (which causes the vertical mouse scroll cursor to appear), all the tags and thier attributes disapeer leaving only the text portions between the tags.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an xml page in firefox such as http://www.mozilla.org/news.rdf
2. Press down the center mouse button
3. Drag the mouse verticaly

Actual Results:
1. Opens normaly says "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." and then gives the tree of the XML files
2. Tags disapeer leaving behind text.

Expected Results:
The Page should scroll just like it does when you use the scroll bar or arrow keys.
