Subsequent pages maintain the original 'name' and you can't paste new text in. If you delete it you can type the new text you want. I used to see this myself but no longer do (currently on 2.0b1). The reporter hasn't responded in 10 months to a query for testing a current version. Marking INVALID - reopen with a test case on a current version if there's a way to reproduce this.
