After the upgrade, I'm noticing that when I add myself to the cc list of a confirmed bug, I'm getting an e-mail notification about my change. I didn't used to get one. For my e-mail settings, I'm added to or removed from this capacity is checked for cc (but it was checked before too).

I also just got e-mail notification about creating this bug. That didn't happen before. I don't believe I ever got notifications that were a result of an action I took myself.

i was being stupid. My user preferences for The change was made by me wasn't checked anymore. That should fix it.
