printing only produces 2 pages missing a lot of pages

if you print this page

you only get 2 pages which is really wrong
IE correctly prints all of the pages
using latest nightly build of mozilla firefox

The main content is in a div with id=d-c and this has a style float:left.
So this is probably bug 45788.
