Please try if that is still the problem with FF 1.5 (rc1). If not, then it is a dupe of bug 263570. Please resolve it then.

I opened Thai file name by double click,drag and drop and file>open but not work. I test on Firefox version1.5 RC1. WindowXp SP2

I test with Ubuntu 7.04 it work. I will test with Windows XP too.

works for me because of comment #7 This was maybe fixed by Bug 263570
