User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051025 Firefox/1.5 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051025 Firefox/1.5 When I leave the tab bar visible when only one web site is open and only one web site is open, closing the tab from the tab bar does not clear the history of the back button. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select option to show tab bar when only one web site is open. 2. Leave only one web site open and go to some page. 3. Click on the X in the tab bar to close the tab. Actual Results: The tab is blank, but I can go to the previous page using the Back button. Expected Results: The tab should be blank and the Back button should be disabled, just as if a new tab was created with Ctl-T.
Actually, I like current behavior.
This has helped me sometimes when I accidentally closed the last tab. But I guess that is bug 254021
