Details

When text fields (specifically TEXTAREAs and INPUT type=TEXTs) are focused, they get no focus ring. Other form controls (buttons, checkboxes, menu-style selects) get the focus ring. We should put a focus ring on all form controls, or we should have a good reason not to. This has come up several times recently on MZ and it seems like a fairly trivial fix.
