Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a page with a box with some autocomplete values as well as a vertical scrollbar
2. Click in the box, let the autocomplete dropdown appear, move your mouse to highlight one of the options, don't click it
3. Move your mouse outside of the autocomplete dropdown
4. Use the scrollwheel
Actual Results:
Page scrolls, dropdown persists, looks weird.
Expected Results:
Page scrolls, dropdown vanishes.
