After changing Display resolution from default (92 dpi) to non-default (e.g. 72 dpi), all preference menus become visually mangeled (please see attachment).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Edit->Preferences->Content->Avanced (in the Fonts & Colors section).
2. Change the "Display resolution" from 96 dpi to 72 dpi.
3. Click the OK button for the Fonts dialog.
4. Click Advanced again.
Actual Results:
1. The preference menu will become mangeled (attachment)
2. Bug 285126 will occur

Expected Results:
The preference menu should display with a reduced font resolution without errors
