Now that Gecko can respect "full keyboard access" (bug 187508), it's no longer necessary to maintain the hard-coded accessibility.tabfocus=3 in Camino's prefs.
Changing this will result in links being focusable for users with full keyboard access turned on. The same is true in Firefox and in Safari with its relevant focus pref turned on.

Ignore the second hunk of the patch, it's a diff from another bug.

See bug 277706.
We did use the pref for a while, people complained just like Mike said they would in bug 277706 comment 12, and Mike went back to hard-coding the pref (no bug, but a comment to that effect in bonsai).

recommend WONTFIX. People just don't get the connection, and then complain loudly about how much we suck.
