When a popup window opens that hides the menu bar, the tab bar is also hidden. However, you can hit Ctrl-T to open a new (invisible, unnavigatable) tab. Hitting Ctrl-W to close the current tab produces an Alert that states:
[See bug 60513]
"[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIDOMXULElement.boxObject]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://global/content/bindings/browser.xml :: get_docShell :: line 0" data: no]
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find any site that opens a popup with the menu bar hidden
2. Hit Ctrl-T
3. Hit Ctrl-W
Could you please test this with a current SeaMonkey build?
