Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; nl; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051107 Firefox/1.5

When visiting fullpage flash applications the tooltip of the tabbar remains visible over the main content. The tooltip stays after moving the mouse from the tab to the content when it should be hidden. It does not happen every time but when present it is very annoyingly covering up a part of the main flash site.

(also reproducible in firefox safe mode)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.arquelis.com
2. hover over the tab bar and wait for the tooltip to display
3. move your mouse to the main content

Actual Results:
The tooltip remains visible for 1 or 2 seconds covering up the main page.

Expected Results:
Like normal HTML pages the tooltip should dissappear when entering the page content with your mouse.

Tested in save mode.

Looks like Bug 283757 but that one is fixed.
Had to do my best but I can see it too.
I believe this is basically related to bug 297080, see bug 297080, comment 15.
Depends on: 297080

I'd like to confirm this bug (still not fixed) and raise it to a higher priority as I'm witnessing this problem in many websites. It only applies to full-screen Flash websites or sites where Flash movies are located at the very top of the browser window, next to the bookmarks toolbar. The tooltip will not disappear once the mouse has 'rolled over' onto a Flash movie at the top of the page. It doesn't occur in FF2 when the tab toolbar is showing as the tab toolbar assists as a 'buffer' between rolling off the bookmarks toolbar and onto the main page.

I'm guessing that the tooltips disappear when the mouse 'rolls out' onto the main HTML window, but there's no recognition of a 'roll out' event when the mouse moves over a plug-in, such as Flash.
This bug still exists in FireFox 2.0.0.7 on XP.

I am developing a Flash application (Flex) that uses a menubar at the top of the content. Many times just moving the mouse to that menubar (and not outside of the content) will show a tooltip, which covers up the application.

I cannot reproduce this on Mac OS X 10.4.10 with FireFox 2.0.0.7.
do you see this problem if you use flash version 10, and FF 3.x beta http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html

If not, please close with resolution set to worksforme.
