When you mouse off them and into the window's title bar, they retain their highlighting. This is confusing since they appear selected but are not. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hover over [File] menu 2. Move mouse up to the window's title bar 3. Notice that [File] is still highlighted Actual Results: [File] is still blue. I can even move the window around the screen and the highlighting remains, which is misleading. Expected Results: [File] should un-highlight as soon as I mouse into the titlebar.
