"Save link as" doesn't get filename before dialog popup

Details
Open a bug report with attachments in bugzilla, right click an attachment link, click "Save Link As".
"Save As" dialog popup, "Name" is attachment.cgi
With Mozilla 1.7.12, Firefox 1.0.7, "Name" is changed to the attachment's file name, e.g. patch.diff.
I don't know if it is a new feature.
