Steps to reproduce: * Load the attached testcase. * Click on file -> print preview * Notice that in the print preview, there is a gap between the two columns that is not present when rendering the page to screen. The testcase is simplified from some HTML that Dreamweaver has produced. Taking away the rowspan hides the bug, as does making the width and height "sane".
