Build: 2000031512-M15-nb1b linux build.
The Japanese title of address book card is displayed as garble.
Steps of reproduce:
1. Bring up Address Book.
2. Open New Card window.
3. Enter Japanese chars in the Display: field. Then you'll see the title of the new card window is garbled.
Windows build doesn't have this problem.
You'll see the card's title displays as "Cards for

Please check if this is a regression, if so, when did it start.
It's not regression. But linux build is supposed to behave in the same way as
Windows build.

Also check if this happens for Latin1 characters.
Reassign to chuang.

Same behavior on today's linux 2000031606 beta build,but it displays dots on MAC
2000031505 beta builds.
