User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050922
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050922
The mentioned URL displays an assortment of map and route services, most of which do not work. This is possibly a Javascript or Java related issue, but anyway, the symptoms can be seen in Mozilla. Most of these services don't work.
Clicking on "Map 24" makes Mozilla terminate. The page starts to load, and while loading and displaying bits and pieces just loaded, Mozilla terminates. It does not crash, gives no crash info and leaves no traces in popuplog.os2.
The other services either have some internal errors (maybe they don't like Mozilla, I have to check on Win/Linux), and the Via Micheline service works, but doesn't print (and leaves Mozilla quite confused). Since these may have common routes (as many of these Service do share some code) I posted this in one bug.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Got to mentioned URL
2. Klick on the button at "Map 24"
Actual Results:
Mozilla will start loading and then terminate
Expected Results:
Mozilla should have displayed Map 24 results

That might as well be related to a bug in the Flash plugin if you are using that. If not, I think you should either give a lot more details on what you type in and when exactly it crashes, show an entry from POPUPLOG.OS2, say which version of Java plugin you use etc. It might also make more sense to report this problem to the Java plugin supplier, if it is really cause by that plugin.

Yes, it may be related to Flash. But since Mozilla terminates, I cannot look at the source of the offending website. If have yet to cross-check with Mozila on Windows or Linux, or with the IE. Btw, I use the "latest" Flash from Innotek, which is of course rather outdated, but there is no newer version than version 5 from 2002-09-25 available.
java -version yields
java version "1.4.1_03"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.1_03-b02)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.1_03-b02, mixed mode)
coming out of Innotek's 1.4.2-05 - again, the latest available version.
There is nothing from popuplog.os2 that I could post here, because Mozilla does not crash, it terminates, i.e. it exits the regular way, therefore giving no CPU registers etc.
Also, I have given all information to reproduce the behaviour: Go to the URL quoted above, click on the button from Map 24, and Mozilla starts to load the page, and while some elements of the page get loaded and appear on the screen, Mozilla suddenly just terminates.
Even if this is something related to Javascript or Java (or Flash), it would also be a browser problem: The browser may never simply terminate when a plug-in has some problems. Although Mozillas data files do not get corrupted by this termination, it still causes data loss: Everything you opened, all windows, all tabs, and everything you started to do (e-mail written but not sent, forms filled-in) is lost forever, because Mozilla is not capable of reopening everything that was open during last program exit.

You could disable the Flash and/or Java plugins for tests.

Oh, and the crashing plugin problem is really bug 156493.
