After having fixed bug 11859, I played a little bit with the "Apply Style Sheet" command in the Mail Compose window. It works fine, we can send the mail... The problem is that the recipient doesn't get the applied style sheet and the mail dooesn't look at all like what the sender wanted. I'm not sure we support CSS files in multi-part mails. In the meanwhile, I suggest we disable the Apply Style Sheet in the Mail Compose window.
Rich, any idea about this?
Uh, yeah, as far as I was aware, the style sheets were something to see on the client side. We make no attempt to package up style sheets and send them as part of the multipart message. - rhp

You put 'helpwanted' in the keyword list but what kind of help are you looking for? Someone to implement the feature? I don't think it's very realistic: supporting CSS in multipart messages doesn't seem trivial. In that case, it would be more honest to keep the bug on someone's list in your team and mark it Later rather than dumping it on nobody@mozilla.org, knowing that help will never come. If we start putting even core changes under nobody@mozilla.org, this list will become a huge black-hole unusable by anybody either inside or outside Netscape. I also renew my request to disable that command in the Mail Compose window. Reassigned back to brade.

Please don't reassign this bug to me; it's a mail issue not a composer issue. It is something that isn't going to get fixed in 5.0 by rhp so he asked me to reassign it to nobody@mozilla.org so others will know to query for it.

"Apply Style Sheet" command in the Mail Compose window ??? Wow, I never saw it. It disappeared at least 2 years ago from the mail client. Fixed by feature removal !-)
