SeaMonkey/Linux build 2005121801
One of my secure mail server has got its certificate expired.
Now each time SeaMonkey tries to check/download new messages it reports "Server Certificate Expired" alert. Here it happens every 10 minutes. Very annoying.
Expected behavior: SeaMonkey should not annoy the user with this alert.
It's OK to show the alert once and accept the user's decision for rest of the current session. That is instead of showing the alert for the second, third, etc. time, just silently assume the same decision that was made by the user before.

Alternatively, it makes sense to add a checkbox like
[ ] Do not show this alert again
to the alert window.

Reporter: Did you try manually accepting that cert? If this does not work (see Bug 221552 maybe), try visiting https://pop.your.isp.net:995 in the browser and accept there the cert permanently?
