Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the testcase.

Result: Titlebar changes, but content area doesn't change.  Loading additional pages (e.g. by clicking the home button) has the same effect.

I guess this is Mac-only...

I've also seen Firefox stop drawing *part* of the window, which could easily lead to spoofing if it can be done reproducibly.
