When installing the very latest mozilla 1.7.12.2006011107
the install finish without crashing but send an error message :
"Quality Feedback Agent - 214 DOES_NOT_EXIST"
either on windows 98 se and on windows XP pro SP1
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla install
2.get error message box
3.install is finished
Expected Results:
I expect to have mozilla installed without error messages

This bug can't be a duplicate of 240234, first because the 240234 is for windows XP, secondly because 240234 is marked as fixed, though I find it on the very last nightly build, so it isn't fixed
