Select anything, drag & drop at the beginning of any element-> the selected/dragged items are lost.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. goto http://www.mozilla.org/editor/midasdemo/
2. goto view source
3. paste the following HTML
BEGIN COPY-->
<p> An image inside a paragraph:<img src="http://www.mozilla.org/editor/midasdemo/cut.gif" alt="Cut" title="Cut">.</p>
<p>Try drag&drop the image before the first word of the first or second paragraph or last div</p>
<div>The image is lost even when droped at the begining of this div </div>

4. go back to editing mode
5. drag and drop the image or some text to the begining of any element
Actual Results:
selection disappeares
Expected Results:
obvious, not to disappear.
Can reproduce it on 1.0.6 and 1.5

This is a duplicate, and it is already fixed on trunk.

Sorry, I wasn't able to find a duplicate for this so I added a new bug.

Ah, sorry, misunderstood, you want the selection to not disappear, that would be fixed in bug 280635 (hopefully).
