I get my POP3 messages over SSL from a host whose certificate says "hostname@localhost" due to some miscofiguration. The problem is that whenever I get messages, the same warning dialog comes up, again and again, although I've already clicked 'Ok' the first time regarding this server. Not sure if this is the relevant component, though. Using trunk sm 2006-01-12, but this isn't a new bug.
