Overview Description: Attempting to download multiple files does not work
properly. Downloading does not proceed until first file downloads are
finished.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Select file for download from above url (for example)
2.) Select 'Save File' in 'Unknown file type' dialog.
3.) Continue saving until progress dialog is displayed.
2.) With mouse select a second large file to download while first download is
in progress
Actual Results: Subsequent download waits until first is completed.
Expected Results: Should be able to download files simultaneously

This is annoying bu I don't think it's a stop ship for beta 1. Bill, what's it
gonna take to fix this?

Putting on PDT- radar for beta1. This may be a dup of another bug.

It ain't gonna be fixed in beta1. Unless you want to go back to the entire
application hanging when you try doing this (i.e., the behavior before I fixed
bug 38104). It should be a definite M15 bug and I'll get to it ASAP.
