1. Click on Bookmark, hold the mouse button
2. Move the cursor to Manage Boomarks...
3. Stop holding the mouse button
4. Bookmark Manager didn't open

You can change the example, if you want:
1. Click on Tools, hold the mouse button
2. Move the cursor to Options...
3. Stop holding the mouse button
4. Options window didn't open
