redo-prebinding.sh is a relic to handle prebinding on Mac OS X 10.1, before the system performed automatic prebinding. It was also the source of much discontentment. 10.1 has been officially unsupported for some time now, and I'm pleased to announce the death of redo-prebinding.sh.
