This may be related to (the fix of) of bug 180637
To reproduce:
1. Open Testcase from bug 180637
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=106605
2. Print it out without selecting anything
3. Observe no separators in the printed result

Please don't file bugs as All/All unless you've checked on multiple platforms.
The testcase works just fine for me on Windows. Do the separators show up in Print Preview for you? Which printing backend are you using?
OS: All → Linux
Hardware: All → PC

Print Preview does show the separators. But they are not printed out.
I use PostScript/default printer. The resulting .ps file is attached.

confirmed with linux seamonkey trunk 2006020400.
this regressed between builds 2006012504 and 2006012603 (bug 317375)
Works for me in today's build (Linux).
