User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060204 Firefox/1.6a1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060204 Firefox/1.6a1
Customize -> Add New Toolbar creates so small toolbar (about 1 pixel height) that even I am unable to attach any items to it. In Firefox 1.5.0.1 the height was about 10 pixels so it was easier to attach items to it.
This basicly makes the customize-feature complitely unusable, unless the user figures out the workaround (which is quite simple, but not obvious for anyone). This definetly needs to be fixed before next major release.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Select from menu: View -> Toolbars -> Customize...
3. From opening dialog, press "Add New Toolbar" button
4. Type name "a" and press ok
Actual Results:
New toolbar appears but it has height of about 1 pixel. So small that it is impossible to attach items to it.
Expected Results:
New toolbar should appear, but the height should be something like 10 pixels. So big that new items would be possible to attach to it.
Workaround: Add about 10 new toolbars. Then drag an item in the middle of the group of new toolbars and it should hit one of them. Press "done" and you now have a new toolbar and the rest disappear as they are empty.

This is Bug 319222.
There's a patch for it at Bug 323839.
Some lines were removed by mistake.
