When the window is right between placing close buttons on tabs and not placing them, it sometimes jumps back and forth between the two. This doesn't always happen, but its annoying when it does. It also only happens if I have the first tab in the list selected, and seems to not happen if all the tabs have the same favicon.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Google as the first tab in a new browser
2. Perform a Google Search
3. Begin opening results (you can use just one or different links) in tabs until close buttons disappear
Actual Results:
When the tab bar is just full enough that close buttons are removed, tab bar begins to go crazy.
Expected Results:
The close tab buttons should disappear and the tab bar should remain stable.

fixed width tabs will be turned on once tab overflow is implemented.
