windowless plugins have some issues clipping that need to be resolved.

this fixes some of the clipping bugs. it doesn't fix the problem where plugins don't show up at all in some cases and there are still bugs scrolling, but i think are related to other scrolling bugs

this takes the device offsets in to account and fixes the scrolling bug. still no luck on cnet.com
